A certain advance payment has to be made to block the booking on confirmation basis and the
balance amount can be paid one day before the commencement of journey from your country or before commencement of services on arrival in India. The management personnel reserves the right to decide the amount to be paid as advance payment depending upon the nature of service and the
time remaining for commencement of service.
In addition to the above, in some cases such as special train travel, hotel or resort bookings during
Very peak season (X-mas, New Years), full amount is needed to be sent in advance.
Wildlife Activities cancellation-:
All wildlife safaris booked into any of the Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-
returnable Even a modification to the date request will be regarded a cancellation, and no payment
will be reimbursed or adjusted against it.
Cancellation of any trip and travel services due to any situations/reasons must be informed to us in writing. The cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive written notice of cancellation, and the cancellation charges will be as follows and will be refunded to you after deducting: and cancellation fees would be as follows, with your money refunded after deduction:
35 days prior your arrival: 15% of the Tour service cost
25 days prior your arrival: 25% of the Tour service cost
20 days prior your arrival: 50% of the Tour service cost
72 hours before your arrival or if you don’t show up: No Refund will be initiated.
Note: On all working days, except Sunday and government holidays, written cancellations will be accepted. Any cancellations received on Sundays or government holidays will be considered the next working day.
Payment is non-refundable for the Christmas and New Year period from 24 December to 07 January.
If you cancel your tour en route, a refund will not be processed. We take no responsibility for refunds for unused hotel accommodations, chartered transport, trains, flights, missed meals, etc.

Note-: If the rates of entrance fees, taxes, fuel cost or guide fees of monuments/museums are increased by the Government of India after making advance payment for the tour/service, additional charges will be levied accordingly. Our organisation will function as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, trains, and contractors offering other services, and all exchange orders, receipts,
contracts, and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and circumstances under which these services are offered by them.
The itineraries described on our website are best examples to give you an idea of what you might expect from your vacation. We have the right to amend the schedule at any moment in the interest of trip participants' safety, comfort, and general well-being. We also welcome your guest wish list in order to design an itinerary to your tastes.
Our rates are based on the current pricing that we have negotiated with hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Hotels and airlines reserve the right to change their pricing at any time. The rates quoted prior to revision may be subject to change by us as per the revision by the hotel or airlines in case of such change. All hotel bookings are based on normal check in and checkout times unless
otherwise indicated in the itinerary or hotel voucher.
We shall not be liable for any delays, changes in schedule, or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - as a result of natural disasters, airline cancellation, accident, machinery or equipment breakdown, transport breakdown, weather, illness, landslide, political shutdown, or any other adverse incident.
We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
We do not have an insurance coverage that covers expenses incurred as a result of an accident, illness, theft, or any other reason. Visitors are recommended to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the Customer's risk at all times.
We shall not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of force majeure events such as landslides, road closures, terrible weather, and so on.
